Where we ship
We ship across the United States and to Canada, the UK and most of the EU.
Methods and times
- U.S. Priority (2–4 business days) — included free on orders over $40. $6.50 below that.
- U.S. Express (1–2 business days) — $14.50 flat.
- Canada (5–8 business days) — $18 flat.
- International (7–14 business days) — calculated at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends, ship the next business day.
Tracking
You'll receive a USPS tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't moved in seven days or arrives damaged, email admin@stickfire.co.za with your order number and we'll sort it.
Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
