By using this website or placing an order with StickFire LLC you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Orders and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, plus PayPal and Apple Pay. An order is binding only when we've sent you a confirmation email.
Shipping and risk
Title and risk pass to you when the parcel is handed to USPS. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and our Refund Policy for returns.
Warranty
We warrant our sticks against manufacturing defects (warping, finish failure, splitting along the grain) for 60 days from delivery. Normal wear, breakage from use, and damage caused by misuse are not covered.
Intellectual property
All photography, copy and logos on this site are © StickFire LLC. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
